Many NBA basketball insiders are predicting that this game could be a preview of yet another Cavs Celtics Eastern Conference title game.

So far, the Boston Cleveland basketball rivalry stands at 1-1, as both teams have won at home. The Boston Celtics opened the season against Cleveland in a 90-85 win at the TD Banknorth Garden. The Celtics and Cavaliers met again on Friday, January 9 in Cleveland when the Cavs won 83-98. That was a great game for anyone that had Cavs tickets.
